We don’t just hire interns. We hire leaders-in-waiting. So whether you’re in your penultimate year at university or a finalist planning a gap year or further study before starting a permanent role, you must be someone who’s looking to join a graduate scheme (preferably ours) the year following the internship. Academic qualifications aside (you’ll need to be on track for a 2:1 minimum with at least 300 UCAS points from your top three A-Levels), we’re after the same behaviours we look for in all our future leaders.
