Hi, my name is Emily and I went to Oxford University and I studied Psychology. I was on the Barclays Graduate Programme for HR and now I’m now in a more permanent role, in the Organisation Transformation team. My time at Barclays as a Graduate
I joined the Human Resources Programme in September 2009 after graduating at Oxford where I studied Experimental Psychology. I had three great six month rotations in various roles and having finished the Programme I have now moved into the Organisation Transformation team in Retail and Business Banking – supporting the people aspects of large organisational change.
