Why do we offer Internships?
They’re a great opportunity for us to provide valuable work experience to future Graduates and potential leaders of Barclays. And for them to bring us new skills, ideas and insights into the way we work. If it works out for both of us, it means we can fill our Graduate programme early by offering Interns a Graduate offer they wouldn’t want to refuse.
