Who we look for

You’ll be looking to join a graduate scheme the year following the internship. So you could be in your penultimate year at university or in your final year planning to take a gap year.

Whatever your circumstances, you must have, or be expecting, at least a 2:1 in any degree discipline at Bachelor level with a minimum of 280 UCAS points.

Academic qualifications aside, we’ll be looking for the same things we look for in all our people – lots of energy, a good commercial brain, plenty of initiative, a willingness to challenge existing ways of working and some bright ideas of your own.
