It’s a great way for high calibre, penultimate-year undergraduates to get a real experience of what it’s like to work in Financial Services as well as one of the world’s top banks. Our eight-week structured programme will give you an insight into our business as well as our culture, and hopefully help you decide if a graduate career with Barclays is for you.
