Both routes provide you with challenging and diverse experiences – but wouldn’t it be great if you could have it all? Well, thanks to Barclays, now you can. We recognise that many individuals want to get going with their career but don’t want to miss out on formal study. We’ve worked closely with the Lord Ashcroft International Business School at Anglia Ruskin University and Nottingham Business School at Nottingham Trent University to create the Barclays Retail Development Programme – a unique and innovative sponsored degree that’s designed to be a fast-track to a leadership role within our Retail Banking Business.

Like many who complete this programme, you could go on to become a Branch Manager in our retail network. The point is, you’ll have a bright career ahead of you with ongoing opportunities to learn and progress. And the more you show us what you’re made of, the further you could go.
