Who we look for

We're looking for graduates who are head and shoulders above their peers in a number of ways.

You will:

• have a computer science, maths, engineering or IT related degree (2:1 or a first, or equivalent).
• 300 UCAS points minimum
• have some relevant work experience – it shows you're serious about this kind of work and understand how business and technology work together.
• be a doer rather than a talker – someone with real drive and energy who can get results and isn't afraid to take the occasional risk.
• be at home in a team setting – able to motivate and inspire confidence in those around you.
