The Technology Programme

The Technology Graduate programme is 18 months in duration. It is structured around three six-month placements, giving you the technical skills and exposure you need to take on greater responsibilities.

Right from the start you'll work alongside senior managers, finding out what it takes to succeed in this team and enjoying every opportunity to show what you can do. At the same time, you'll have a front-row seat on how we develop IT infrastructure and strategy and you'll see large-scale change management at work.

You'll not only learn a huge amount from the projects you work on day-to-day but we will provide you with the support and intensive technical training to complement your technical, personal and team development. You will also receive additional support from a buddy and a mentor who’ll be assigned to you from the day you join.
