An assigned buddy on each placement.

A senior level mentor – who’ll help you define your long-term career goals.

A Personal Self Development Budget (PSDB)– to cover the costs of relevant courses of your choice and help you develop essential technical and business skills.

Structured training programme – although the emphasis is on live projects, you also benefit from an intensive training programme on everything from the latest software development and mainframe applications through to team leadership and communication skills.

Your line manager – who’ll help you achieve the performance and personal development objectives we set at the start of each placement.
