Yes, intellectual talent is important - you'll need a 2.1 or above in any discipline, and 240 - 280 UCAS points - but you also need that little bit of sparkle that sets certain people apart. It's barely quantifiable, but we want to come away from meeting you, knowing that somehow (and it's not our game to know how), you're going to make a difference.
