You're going to be good once you've completed this scheme. Really good. People are going to know about it, too. We'll celebrate with another Graduation and you'll have the opportunity to tackle some really meaningful work for our Senior Executives. The profile will give you a real buzz but you'll still have the humility that made you stand out in the first place. You're going to be proud of what you've achieved and so will your constantly growing network. We'll look to really stretch you now, and will hope for another promotion in 12-18 months time. It's an eight-month programme starting with an expedition to the Lake District (has leadership ever had a better backdrop?), where our exercises will help you focus on becoming that inspirational leader that your potential tells us is inside you. All we ask is that you continue to support people, the way we've supported you. Your attitude will always be 'What can I bring?' and this is why you will deserve everything you get.
