And you'll receive an in-depth immersion in how all the parts of our retail bank work together.
Placement 2
Armed with a good grounding in business operations, you'll now have the chance to train as a Branch Manager. You'll learn how to pinpoint the qualities essential for success in your branch and hire people with the right qualities for front-line roles.
Placement 3
You'll take on a strategic project for the executive leaders in your business. Whatever is critical to the business at the time, you can be sure you'll play a key role in turning ideas into action and solving an issue.
Meanwhile, you'll carry on working with your mentors to identify how you need to develop in order to get where you want to go. You'll also be able to study for professional qualifications and learn about other areas of the Retail Bank.
