During life, we learn from people. You are the product of every person that you've come into contact with. Your Senior Line Manager will be your day-to-day manager, and the person who is directly responsible for your growth as a Barclays employee. You'll have a buddy, who was a previous graduate and knows exactly how you feel, and will be there for many a late-night "strictly off record" chat. AND, alongside you, there are the other graduates that we take on.. Now THAT'S a support network.
