From day one of the induction and throughout your time with us, you’ll have all the support you need to make the most of your talents. Not only will we give you access to the very best training and development around, we’ll also encourage you to plan and pursue your own career direction and give you a substantial training budget. Throughout, your managers will be there to help you identify the opportunities that will benefit you most.

Senior Line Manager
Your Senior Line Managers will share their experience and knowledge with you. Acting as coach and mentor, they’ll help you identify learning opportunities and offer advice on next steps after the programme.

Placement Manager
Your Placement Managers will help you get the most out of each placement and encourage you to reflect on your experiences and draw conclusions.

Buddy
Your Buddy, a recent graduate recruit, will show you the ropes and help you settle in quickly and get the best out of the programme.

Certificate of Leadership
You’ll also complete the Post Graduate Certificate of Leadership with Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge during your training period. If you want to study for a Masters degree, this externally recognised qualification gives you a head start.

Professional development
Your development doesn’t stop at the end of the programme. Once you’ve chosen your career path, we’ll support you with Product Professional Master Classes and the opportunity to study for relevant professional qualifications. These could include:
