Support along the way
You’ll have plenty of support throughout your time with us, starting on day one when you'll be assigned a line manager and mentor. Your line manager is there to help you make the right career decisions and take advantage of all the training opportunities on offer. Your mentor is someone who's been doing the job for a while so will be a valuable source of advice throughout the programme.
Wherever you work at Barclays, training is a regular feature of life. As well as a number of general courses helping you develop core skills like presenting and leadership, we run regular technical training sessions on specific HR topics to keep you up to date. We'll also give you financial support and study time to help you gain relevant professional qualifications such as the CIPD.
