You must be the kind of person who asks questions and makes suggestions and who has the drive and initiative to improve on what’s gone before. Quite simply, we look for people with the potential to make a real impact on our business.
Specifically, you’ll need:
- A 2:1 degree or above in a finance or business related subject.
- 300 UCAS points minimum
- An enquiring mind.
- The ability to build relationships with both colleagues and customers.
- Flexibility and a willingness to develop new skills in a variety of roles and business areas across the Barclays Group.
- The drive and ambition to succeed and have fun within a world-class financial organisation.
