Life After the Programme
During your third placement, it‘s time to start thinking about your first permanent role. We will support you in making sure this decision is right for you and your future career aspirations. Once you're qualified, we'll carry on supporting you through our industry award winning Finance Academy so you can meet the Continuing Professional Development requirements needed to retain your valuable accountancy qualification. This gives you the chance to keep building your skills and you may also choose to gain further qualifications such as a Certificate in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
