The Finance Graduate Leadership Programme

You'll spend time in different parts of the Barclays Group during the three-year Finance Graduate Leadership Programme. By the end of it you'll have a real understanding of how Barclays works and the part Finance plays in our long-term strategy – plus you'll have an invaluable network of contacts around Barclays.

Your first three placements will last six months each and then you will work in a specific business for the second 18 months of your three year programme. Placements provide you with an opportunity to rotate round many business areas of Barclays and gain invaluable experience from across the Barclays group.

Study will also play a big part in the three years as we'll sponsor you to study for a professional accountancy qualification – CIMA, ACCA or ACA. Whichever qualification you take, we'll make sure you have all the support you need, including ample time off for revision in the run-up to exams.
