You must be the type of person who asks questions, makes suggestions and who has the drive, initiative and passion to improve on what we do already. Quite simply, we look for people with the potential to make a positive impact on our business.

Specifically, you'll need:

• A 2:1 degree in any discipline
• 300 UCAS points minimum
• Strong analytical ability.
• Passion, hunger and perseverance
• The ability to recognise opportunities and take advantage of them
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Customer focus
• Flexibility around location
• A good sense of humour

In addition, you’ll need:

• Practical experience in a work environment.
• A flair for relationship building and good presentation skills.
