The Corporate Programme

Our Barclays Corporate Graduate Programme lasts up to two years and gives you a unique chance to take on several roles and decide your own career path.

Our structured programme starts by introducing you to the worlds of sales and portfolio management. You'll work with Finance Directors of multi-nationals and Managing Directors of family-run enterprises. Once you complete your first placement in Sales, you'll decide whether to progress into one of our other business areas for your final placement.

This all-round business grounding will help you decide whether your future career should be lie in Barclays Corporate.
