After the programme, it's time to start thinking about your first permanent role in one of our business areas. This will mean an increase in status, responsibility and salary.

Most graduates choose to stay in the business area they joined, but the great thing about our graduate programmes is that you don't have to. All we ask is that you commit to the area you join for the length of the programme so you can build up specialist knowledge.
