Who we look for

We are looking for talented graduates who have the following skills and experience:

• 300 UCAS points (or international equivalent)
• Minimum 2:1 degree result. Any discipline for our CMO; HR and Commercial Programmes.
• Minimum 2:1 degree result for Credit Risk with a preference for degrees with an analytical / mathematical bias in the following subjects: Operational Research, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Financial Services.
• Adaptable to change and prepared to learn new ways of working
• Team-workers with a flair for building strong working relationships
• Proactive and have a goal-oriented approach to career development
• Driven and motivated to deliver successful results in challenging environments
• Determination to succeed in a world-class financial organisation.
• First class communication skills
