HR

Our Human Resources function has changed dramatically over the past 12 months to better serve the needs of our customers worldwide. We have established HR Managers who work closely with the senior management team of each business to help them drive their business forward. We have centres of expertise such as Reward; Organisation Development or Employee Relations who provide the technical capability to enable the organisation to grow and operate efficiently. To work in Human Resources you must be the kind of person who asks questions and makes suggestions and who has the drive and initiative to improve on what’s gone before. Quite simply, we look for people with the potential to make a real impact on our business. You will have a flair for building strong working relationships with both internal and external customers ensuring you understand the needs of the business.
