Throughout the summer internship, we run regular events that give you an insight into how a global organisation like ours works.
We also assign you a 'Buddy' – a recent graduate well placed to tell you what to expect should you decide to join. By the end of the eight weeks you'll have an excellent idea of what Barclays does and, hopefully, where you'd like to work after you've graduated.
