Application stage
First you need to fill in our online application form and attach a copy of your CV. What you tell us about your personal achievements, academic background and work-related experiences will help us decide if we’re suited to each other.

Online testing
If we like what we read, we'll ask you to complete some online tests that check your numerical skills. Pass and we’ll invite you to an assessment centre.

Assessment centre
Our assessment centre is usually held at our Global Headquarters in Canary Wharf but can also be held at locations around the UK. It will involve group exercises and interviews.

If you're selected for a place on the programme, we’ll give you feedback from your assessment centre to work on during your internship. We look forward to receiving your application – and good luck.

We'll judge you on your ability and nothing else.
