Who we look for

You must be the kind of person who asks questions and makes suggestions and who has the drive and initiative to improve on what’s gone before. Quite simply, we look for people with the potential to make a real impact on our business.

Specifically, you’ll need:

• A 2:1 degree (or equivalent).
• A numerical degree (such as maths, economics, sciences or social sciences) or at least one numerical A-Level.
• A good head for figures.
• A genuine interest in global finance and how it operates.
• Ambition, self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
