We make sure you have plenty of support, starting on day one when we assign you a line manager and mentor. Your line manager is there to help you make the right career decisions and take advantage of all the training opportunities on offer. Your mentor, someone who was in your shoes not so long ago, will be a valuable source of advice throughout the programme.

Training
Training is a regular feature of life wherever you work at Barclays. As well as a number of general banking courses, we run regular technical training sessions that cover areas such as capital management and banking basics. Working with so many leading Treasury specialists day-to-day also means you learn a great deal on the job.
