Who we look for

You know you're great; we want you to show us exactly how great. If you're confident, a fast learner, not afraid to fall, and someone that the people in your life admire, then you're a Barclays Retailer. We're not going to suggest that you need 12 A*'s at G.C.S.E to work for us. Yes, intellectual talent is important - you'll need a 2.2 or above in any discipline, and at least 3 Cs at A-Level - but you also need to have that little bit of sparkle that sets certain people apart. It's barely quantifiable, but we want to come away from meeting with you, knowing that somehow (and it's not our game to know how), you're going to make a difference.
