Support along the way

During life, we learn from people. You are the product of every person that you've come into contact with. Some people are more memorable than others (your parents, your brothers/sisters, your best mate). We also want you to learn from the inspirational talent that can be found throughout our organisation. So we start to build relationships for you, even before you start.

Your Senior Line Manager will be your day-to-day manager, and the person who is directly responsible for your growth as a Barclays employee. You will grow to rely on the support provided by the Barclays Graduate Development team, who will call you up and ask you "How's it going?" simply because they're really interested in you succeeding. You'll have a buddy, who was a previous graduate and knows exactly how you feel, and will be there for many a late-night "strictly off record" chat. AND there are the other graduates that we take on, alongside you. Now THAT'S a support network.
