The Finance Academy
Here in Finance, a big part of the learning support you receive will come through The Finance Academy. This is where you'll benefit from a world-class learning and development framework built especially for Finance professionals in Barclays. It will help you build your business knowledge, sharpen your technical skills and give you in-depth management and leadership development training.
Professional qualification
You'll also be able to study for a professional accountancy qualification – CIMA, ACA or ACCA – and, to make life a bit easier, we'll give you up to 20 study days per year outside of the office. Which qualification you take will be up to you. Whichever one you choose, you'll be working towards a respected qualification that will stand you in good stead for the rest of your career.
